Job Descriptions:

Project Management

• Efficiently manage and strategize end-to-end project activities and coordination
• Source materials, determine pricing, and confirm orders
• Control and oversee project expenditure within established guidelines
• Offer project support to departments, including site evaluation, reviewing technical drawings, overseeing setup, and meeting with clients as needed
• Facilitate timely communication and job coordination between internal and external stakeholders
• Demonstrate meticulousness with a strong working knowledge of carpentry and construction details
• Take responsibility for props checking, preparation of on-site project checklists, tools and equipment, and post-installation reports
• Conduct project management training for the Support Team

Costing Management

• Preparation of sales quotation to potential clients
• Sourcing of related information to support the projects
• Evaluate project estimates and costing
• Prepare costing sheets for projects

Vendors / Suppliers Management

• From selection, to evaluation and risk assessment to ensure vendors/suppliers meet service level agreements

Job Requirements:

• Good working knowledge of project management covering principles and practices related to project estimation, technical, costing, liaising, labor forecasting, building permits, multiple disciplines involved in areas of responsibilities
• Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent interpersonal, communication skills and collaborative skills to work closely with both external and internal customers
• Must be prepared to work at irregular hours due to project requirements

Job Description

1. Responsible for developing and implementing business strategies
2. Market Analysis: conducting market surveys/analysis to identify trends, consumer behaviours, and competitor activities and strategic planning with management
3. Promotions and Merchandising: planning and executing promotional activities, discounts, and marketing campaigns to drive sales and increase brand visibility within retail stores and e-commerce platform
4. Providing business development administrative support
5. Working with operation team to ensure on time delivery to customer
6. Working closely with Chef for new product development, kitchen inventory, new menus and special event menus
7. Other duties relating to the efficient operations of the Company

Job Requirement

• Candidate must process at least Diploma and above
• Related in business or marketing and with min 2 years of relevant working experiences in FMCG industry
• Prior experience within the Food Services / Wholesale Trade / Import & Export industries will be advantageous.
• Able to prioritize workload and multitask

Job Responsibilities

• General office administration
• Provide administrative support for Accounts department; checking of invoices
• Provide administrative support for Operations department; licensing and renewal and other related duties
• Corporate administration; handle documents and ensure accurate maintenance of all current files for all Contracts / Agreements etc
• Support operations in administrative work
• Handle day-to-day administrative tasks as assigned
• Any other ah-doc duties as assigned

Requirement

• Minimum 1 year administrative experience required
• Familiar with MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word)
• Meticulous and good problem solving skills
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Good communication (oral and writing) and interpersonal skills
