Job Descriptions

• Perform full spectrum of accounting-related responsibilities like bookkeeping, account payable and account receivable, etc
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly accounts and annual report
• Generate monthly restaurant P&L
• Prepare invoices and issuing of cheque payments
• Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system
• Ensure timely preparation and submission for quarterly GST return
• Provide taxation advice
• Prepare corporate tax computation and submission to IRAS
• Record and check invoices, claims, payments and receipts
• Processing Government-related grant
• Managing of company's operation overheads and costing
• Preparation and filing of AGM (Annual General Meetings) & AR (Annual Returns in XBRL with ACRA)
• Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions
• Ad hoc account or administrative duties as assigned

Requirements

Degree in Accountancy
Minimum 3 years experience in accounting/finance
Experience in F&B industry is an advantage
Proficiency in MS office software (Excel, Words and PowerPoint)
Proficient with Xero Accounting Software
