About the Team 

As part of the Digital Acquisition Strategy and Operations team (DASO), our Ad Operations Intern  will get to work on various impactful projects related to the operational and strategic success of our team. These complex and data-driven projects will help aid in the success of ServiceNow’s digital ad campaigns. Our goal is to centralize and scale the digital marketing efforts within ServiceNow and ultimately drive success for our stakeholders. We work with many teams across ServiceNow like the Global Campaigns, Talent and Event Marketing teams to execute and drive their paid media programs. The role requires an acute attention to detail, an eye for operational efficiencies and a passion for discovery deep diving into data to find actionable insights.  Our Ad Ops team loves to collaborate, support each other, take on challenges, learn and have fun together. 

Successful Candidate will: 

·                Gain a solid understanding of how programmatic display, video, and social media platforms work to help us deliver and optimize ServiceNow digital campaigns to our target customers. 

·                Learn how to utilize a variety of tools that help us acquire new customers via our digital channels. 

·                Create and update operational manuals and checklists across the entire team that will improve efficiency with the launch and management of our digital campaigns. 

·                Utilize our data tools and platforms to learn how to pull reporting, analyze metrics and provide key insights of the impact of our work, performance and learnings. 

Successful Candidates will be involved many of the activities below:

              Support the Account-based Marketing (ABM) marketers in managing campaign setup and marketing activity plan processes in order to operationalize our ABM programs

•              Ensure that marketing programs are running properly, and lead flow is accurately credited for each customer, check pacing to be sure we are on track with our ABM plans. 

•              Assist the ABM marketers in curating content for marketing campaigns, interlock with global and APAC extended teams for content needs

•              Work with our digital marketing team on curating content for ABM digital campaigns including reviewing the relevant content, identifying campaign objectives, supporting reporting needs for performance reviews, and building promotional programs via social media.

Our Account Management teams are an integral part of We Are Social, the first level of Account & Client Management within our structure. We look to you to support your team in delivering our core service areas in Consultancy, Strategy and Engagement.

Your role is focused on a day-to-day delivery. Your team leaders will help you manage your tasks and priorities, although we do expect you to take responsibilities here too. You need to be conducting business in an effective manner with attention to detail and accuracy in all communications either internal or external.

We do expect you to keep abreast of the industry and consume a wide variety of social media looking for emerging trends and best practices, educating not only your own team but also the wider team here at We Are Social.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Liaison between key stakeholders both internally and externally
• Monthly content planning and writing content briefs with local team for We Are Social’s Instagram page
• Posting of relevant quarterly global reports
• Understand the overall client business objectives and develop strategies as needed
• Assist the Account Manager and Account Director on day-to-day delivery of output
• Work with the wider team to ensure all content created is of the highest standards
• Attend briefings/meetings both internal, externally and prepare minutes
• Prepare and manage briefs and timelines as needed
• Respond promptly to clients’ concerns, feedback and request while ensuring regular updates on the statuses of each project/campaign
• Be meticulous and organised in content reviews and job filings

What are we looking for?

• Has experience working in an agency
• Ability to perform under stress to meet deadlines while still maintaining a high standard of output
• Understands basic agency processes while knowing the operational function of each department
• Attention to detail and organisation skills is a must
• Comfortable with writing, proofing and public speaking
• Skilled in MS office – PowerPoint, Word and Excel
