Marketing & Sales Manager

Working Time: 9am to 6pm

Location: Singapore, WFH

Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage trade shows and exhibitions, ensuring they are executed effectively to drive sales and brand awareness.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer needs to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop and distribute marketing communication materials, point-of-sale (POS) displays, and promotional materials to enhance product visibility and stimulate consumer interest.
• Manage budgets, monitor, and analyze the performance of trade marketing campaigns and promotions, using data-driven insights to adjust strategies as required.
• Assist with the development and implementation of CRM loyalty program to enhance customer retention and engagement.
• Analyze customer data to tailor loyalty initiatives.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of related experience.
• Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field.
• Experience in Trade show/Exhibitions is a MUST.
• Experience from the background of FMCG, Beauty, or Retail industry will be an added advantage.
• Candidate MUST BE able to Speak, Read, and Write Mandarin (to communicate/liaise with China's counterpart).

Location: Remote & Jurong West
Salary: $3,000 - $5,500 SGD/month (based on experience and qualifications)

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Strategist to lead and execute our marketing efforts as we prepare to launch our flagship product. The product is currently in the final stages of manufacturing and is ready to be introduced to the market. Your role will focus on driving execution and marketing strategies to ensure a successful launch and ongoing growth.

You will be responsible for overseeing the final execution of the marketing plan, optimizing website UX/UI for an engaging customer journey, managing social media campaigns, and executing a standout Kickstarter campaign to build momentum around the launch. Kickstarter team will be provided if neccessary.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for the product launch, including a successful Kickstarter campaign.
• Refine and enhance UX/UI for the website to ensure a seamless user experience and optimized flow.
• Plan and execute social media marketing campaigns on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and X.
• Create engaging marketing content, including videos, graphics, and promotional materials.
• Collaborate with experts (if required) for Kickstarter campaign execution or independently manage the campaign.
• Research and analyze market trends, competitors, and target audiences to inform marketing decisions.
• Work closely with the team to refine messaging, branding, and promotional strategies.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in marketing, branding, and digital strategies.
• Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and website optimization.
• Experience running successful Kickstarter or crowdfunding campaigns is a strong plus.
• Proficiency in social media platforms and content creation tools.
