HR Executive (Payroll)

• Location: Kranji
• 5 days / Office Hours

Responsibilities:

• Managed end-to-end payroll processing of 400 headcount, which included verifying attendance records.
• Address payroll-related inquiries from employees and resolve any discrepancies or issues.
• Submission of monthly statutory payments and government claims
• Submission of employee’s monthly/yearly income to IRAS (IR8A & IR21)
• Prepare monthly reports, payroll reconciliation, and charge out payroll to all the entities.
• Attend to internal/external audit queries for all the business units and entities.
• Prepare ad-hoc reports as requested by Management.
• Process employee benefits such as employee medical claims, insurance claims, and leave management.

Requirements:

• Candidate who possess a Degree in any relevant course

Responsibilities:

• Maintain training records, track participation, and evaluate training effectiveness.
• Provide logistical support for learning activities, including scheduling, venue arrangements and participant communications.
• Manage Learning Management System
• Responsible for full spectrum of Training & Development process not limited to course registration, maintenance of training records, training evaluation in compliance with programme funding and organizational policies
• Prepare and monitor the implementation of training bonds
• Ensure Training ISO documentation are in place in accordance to internal and external audit standards
