Job Description :
This position reports to the Managing Director and interfaces with Company's operation manager and HR staff. Roles and Responsibilities :
1.) Client Support and Coordination:
--- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries on available medical services.
--- Coordinate and schedule medical appointments, consultations, diagnostic tests, and treatments with healthcare providers.
2.) Medical Assistance:
--- Support clients in understanding medical procedures, treatment options, and healthcare provider recommendations.
--- Facilitate communication between clients and medical professionals, ensuring that all client questions are addressed in a timely manner.
3.) Travel and Logistics Management:
--- Organize travel logistics for international clients, including accommodation, transportation, and special requests.
--- Assist with visa applications, travel insurance, and other administrative needs for overseas patients.
4.) Collaboration with Healthcare Providers:
-- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, hospitals, and specialists.
--- Collaborate with medical professionals to ensure a smooth and coordinated experience for clients.
Technical Skills and Competencies :
1) Healthcare Systems Knowledge:
-- Basic understanding of medical terminology, healthcare procedures, and treatment protocols.
2) Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Systems:
-- Experience using CRM tools to manage client data, track requests, and maintain communication.
3) Travel and Logistics Coordination:
-- Skilled in organizing travel, accommodation, and medical appointments for international patients.
4) Problem-Solving and Decision-Making:
-- Ability to handle unexpected issues and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
5) Attention to Detail:
-- Ensures accuracy in scheduling, medical documentation, and travel arrangements.
6) Confidentiality and Compliance:
-- Knowledge of data protection regulations and maintaining strict confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
