JOB SCOPE

Accounting

• Assist with accounts payable & receivables.
• Payroll management.
• Assist with preparing monthly and quarterly statements and reports.
• Invoice creations and submissions to the clients.
• Getting vendor invoices and updating in QuickBooks.

• Prepare monthly cashflow and forecasting plan.

Administration

• Support warehouse inventory management.
• General administrative duties.

• Handling and sort delivery orders.

EDUCATIONAL / SKILLS QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor of Accounting / Bachelor of Banking and Finance / Bachelor of Business Administration
• At least 1-2 years of experience in supporting office accounts functions.
• Proficient in MS office software (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
• Good English verbal and written communication skills
• Able to multi-task and operate in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to provide additional administrative support when required.
