As our People & Culture Executive, you will be supporting our human resources and general administrative function. You will collaborate closely with people from different teams to enhance employee experience, and foster a positive, vibrant and engaged workplace environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting in our recruitment processes such as job postings, candidate screenings and interview coordination with our stakeholders.
- Manage the employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- HR administration such as preparing employment contracts, work pass application and renewal, documentation, etc.
- Handle employee queries and concerns regarding HR policies and benefits.
- Monthly payroll processing with our HRM system
- Grant application
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives like company's events and employee's welfare benefits to aim at enhancing employee well-being and satisfaction.
- Support the office general administrative duties.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma/ Degree in Human Resource Management / Business Administration or equivalent
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience
- Good knowledge of Employment Act, MOM rules and regulations
- Able to process payroll for 50-80 employees
- Experience working with Info-Tech HRM system is highly preferred
- Strong skills in interpersonal, communication, teamwork and proactive
- Must be meticulous, detailed oriented, well-organized, work independently and meet datelines
- Have a positive and continual improvement and learn mindset to improve our work processes
