What you will do

The Senior Marketing Manager is the regional deployment lead (RDL) for Cough, Cold & Digestive Health portfolio in APAC This role is responsible for managing the portfolio (primarily Codral, Benadryl, Bactidol, Imodium, Microlax, Motilium) across the region to cascade the globally aligned strategy and initiatives with limited shaping and transcreation.

The RDL links the Region to the Global Brand Development Teams on a day-to-day basis.

• Lead a cohesive approach to marketing deployment across clusters/ region, embedding principles of science of brand growth, aligned to Global Growth brand plan.
• Drives above market share growth through increased consumer penetration, leveraging global playbooks and toolkits.
• Develops, coaches, and motivates end to end regional deployment team, embedding, and modelling Kenvue behaviours

Key Responsibilities

Leadership foundations

• Member of regional segment team, executing globally aligned strategy and priority workstreams for the Cough & Cold & Digestive Health portfolio
• Ensuring strong collaboration & participation in Global Growth forum as per defined cadence.
• Responsible for effective cascade of Globally aligned strategy, comms, innovation to region at growth forums
• Responsible for inputs into 3 YR Op plan for non-priority markets in accordance with brand strategic plans
• Act as single point of contact /representative for non-priority markets at the Global BDTs
• Provide consolidated consumer, HCP insights + needs to Global team for consideration
• ‘Red’ flag check with non-priority markets on key global initiatives (ie, regs, DE&I, legal, sustainability)

Brand & connections excellence

• Ensure market /region compliance to globally aligned brand strategy, and positioning for Cough & Cold & Digestive Health portfolio (Codral, Benadryl, Benylin, Motilium)
• Rollout global comms, content, playbooks to markets/clusters in region, editing only for regional nuances as agreed with Global Development Team
• Ensure adoption & execution of SOBG principles across active markets
• Lead cascade of HCP & Influencers strategy, playbook and executional framework, including regional congress, contact & sampling strategy, where relevant for key brands
• Executing within a framework for non-priority markets within a region, prioritize brand building activities as per globally cascaded 3 yr operating plan

Innovation and portfolio excellence

• Rollout Globally aligned innovation, as per stage gate governance & market prioritization
• Lead commercial, cost saving & loss avoidance initiatives, applying Global governance framework
• Ensure adoption of Portfolio Strategy, price, pack architecture, including any RGM, SPM regionally led actions
• Co-ordinate any Master text Artwork amends through Veraciti, adhering to global design guidelines
• Lead on Quality & compliance issues as they pertain to marketing, ensuring effective comms & mitigation plan with cross functional team,
• Regulatory / Advocacy Orgs, manage impact of changes in guidelines, ie, product remediation / required changes
• Lead regional input for executive sales & operations planning, any supply chain opps/issues (ie, OOS, allocation management) & subsequent action plans

Partnering & retail excellence

• Ensure rollout and adherence to created category strategy and shopper toolkits
• Drive key initiatives to meet perfect store metrics, with commercial capability team lead for the region on AP Cough & Cold & Digestive Health portfolios

Other Duties

• Partners with supply and finance to ensure accurate supply projections and finance commitments.
• Analyse financial and share metrics to support execution of the global brand growth strategies
• Cascade the financial decisions made at the BDT to the clusters and / or markets
• Ensure compliance with marketing budget management across all cost lines as well as contingency management
• Consolidate total AP business performance & insights for Self Care reviews, and external reporting.
• Works in partnership with the cluster and / or local market leadership teams to ensure connectivity to the need state/brand plans.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, or related field; Masters degree a plus
• 10+ years of Progressive experience developing and executing successful brand strategies, innovation, and operations with a track record of driving business growth and profitability
• Evidence of having shaped thinking in a complex/multi-factorial environment + making the complex simple.
• Evidence of collaborative shaping with clarity & impact + cutting through swirl + not afraid to make difficult decisions.

• Demonstrated experience managing E2E innovation stage gate processes and milestones, resulting in sustained regional brand growth.

• Experience & Influence in leading regional E2E cross functional teams + Strong Finance Acumen
• Proven experience in managing the complexity of working across numerous time zones, influencing senior level stakeholders, and managing & inspiring team members
• Cycle of success in regional segment role + either worked & lived abroad or deep understanding of multi region and emerging markets.

Responsibilities:

• Creation of lease agreements and standard lease variation in Lease Management System
• Update and maintain tenants' contacts, tenancy schedules, floor plans and other lease related documents
• Liaise with tenants and solicitors to facilitate and prepare lease agreements and documents
• Stamping for new leases as well as renewals
• Reconcile audited sales report and prepare GTO billing
• Send out regular reminders to tenants for submission of audited sales, insurance certificates and other documents
• Track status of tenant submissions and general filing of documents
• Verify lease and bank documents to ensure accuracy
• Liaise with finance department on billing enquiries from tenants and deposit refunds
• Oversee and ensure that billing and other financial transactions (such as agency fees, refund of security deposit, tenancy arrears) are followed up timely
• Seek approval and process lease related invoices
• Send internal memos on updates of tenant movements and updates
• Other general administrative and clerical duties

Requirements:

• Diploma or Certificate in Business Studies, Management or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experiences in general office responsibilities and procedures
• Good communications and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Office applications and preferably with lease documentation software experience

1. Job Purpose

a) The Executive will support the organisation’s strategic growth and development in the area of Value Based Care (VBC) under Clinical & Academic Development. The primary responsibilities and duties include supporting the Director on strategic planning across NHG, assisting in work plan formulation, and facilitating the translation of technical requirements into a visualisation for data analysis to enable performance measurement.

b) The individual will collaborate with cluster-wide multi-disciplinary teams, and external stakeholders such as the Ministry of Health (MOH) and Synapxe to align processes and resources planning to the Division’s overall VBC strategy.

c) The individual will work closely with our team of healthcare professionals, data analyst, Finance department and IT teams to conduct analysis using healthcare data, build and maintain data mart to drive value-based care initiatives across NHG cluster.

2. MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• To conduct analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights through healthcare data, to drive value-based care initiatives
• To collaborate with healthcare professionals and IT teams to translate requirements into measurements and into insightful dashboards
• To partner key stakeholders to translate NHG’s priorities and performance indicators into effective action plans
• To perform a periodic review of key performance indicators and to take pre-emptive action with relevant stakeholders
• To present routine reports and updates to stakeholders
• To support and facilitate the formulation of strategic workplan for GIC
• To do project management and align GIC’s work plans to that of MOH

3. JOBREQUIREMENTS

(a) Education/Training/Experience

• A bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
• Proven track record of using Tableau for visualization and analysis, along with a strong understanding of data management and interpretation to drive impactful decision making
• Relevant experience in Project Management, Data Analytics and/or proficiency in programming language such as Python and/or R and visualization tools such as Tableau.
