Job Scope:

- Handle Day-To-Day Business Operations of Singapore's #1 Education Agency

- Attend to interested clients via various forms of warm leads (form orders, calls, WhatsApp, etc.)

(no cold-calling or anything of that sort)

- Assist clients in shortlisting and recommending suitable tutor profiles based on their criteria

- Coordinate and arrange 1st tuition lesson for clients and tutors

- Follow-up with any necessary administrative support and after-sales service

- Familiarize with and utilize custom-made company software which is focused on automation

- $2,300 - $3,000/Month + CPF

In this role, you will be responsible for the creation of new business targeting CFOs, Controllers, FP&A managers and other finance executives of companies who deploy an Oracle, PeopleSoft or JDE ERP. The ideal candidate will be a sales superstar known for consistently beating quota and contributing knowledge and expertise to the sales team.  The appropriate candidate will be a success driven self-starter, skilled at managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to preparing, facilitating and delivering online and onsite sales presentations, contract negotiations and closing the sale.  This individual will also possess strong relationship building and territory/account management skills.

In this role, you will:

• Develop and maintain strong contacts, and networks both within and outside of the Company
• Manage entire sales cycle from identification through to close, including: presentation, request for proposal responses, contract negotiations and transition to other departments for future servicing as either a software or outsourcing client
• Understand and articulate feedback on market conditions, new opportunities, product penetration strategies and successes

Responsibilities:

• Develop, manage and track the marketing budget.
• Coordinate with the sales team and other departments to produce effective strategies including branding, lead generation and competitor analysis.
• Oversee branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns across all platforms including traditional and digital platforms
• Ensure marketing activities align with the company’s strategic objectives
• Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments.
• Collaborate with media partners and advertising agencies to brainstorm ideas for new campaigns.
• Lead the execution of marketing programs including event marketing from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration.
• Analyze data to evaluate the success of marketing efforts and come up with new ideas to improve brand marketing and exposure.
• Organize networking events to enhance relationships with B2B partners.
• Engage in ad-hoc responsibilities and/or projects as needed to assist in the continuous growth of the organization.
• Work closely with management to create a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) strategy aligned with the company’s values, business objectives and industry best practices.
• Create and promoting sustainable business practices (Sustainability), fostering community engagement, and ensuring the organization's positive impact on society and the environment
• Developing clear and measurable goals to track the effectiveness of the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Sustainability initiatives.
• Perform any duties as assigned by Managing Director.

Requirements:

• Degree in Business from a recognized university, majoring in Marketing
  At least 6 - 10 years’ experience in Marketing or similar role will be considered favorably.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced working environment
• High level of attention to detail including proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, adept at building relationships with different stakeholders.
• Observant and analytical with experience in analyzing and interpreting data
• Graphic design software skills or equivalent will be considered favorably.
