• Generate and distribute fixed asset listing to company’s fixed asset custodians / HOD
• Follow up to ensure that fixed asset custodian has completed the fixed asset sighting, report discrepancies and get approval to update fixed asset register.
• Prepare and send FAV summary report to company’s Head of Finance in accordance with the policy.
• Review all FAV returns and complete all follow-up actions and achieve closure on/before financial year end, 31 Mar

Job Responsibilities:

• Process invoices, payment requests and reimbursement claims accurately within the stipulated timeframe and in accordance to internal procedures and compliance with tax regulations.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (FRS) and company’s policy & procedures.
• Ensure invoices are verified against orders, goods or services are received and authorised before processing payment.
• Follow up actively with the relevant parties to resolve problematic invoices, including sending periodic reminders to vendors to act on disputed invoices.
• Liaise with vendors and users to facilitate prompt processing of invoices including those under Direct Debit Authorisation (DDA).

II. Major Functions:

We are currently seeking a dedicated part-time Operations Executive to join our team, with a primary focus on managing our Know Your Donor (KYD) process. This role involves conducting thorough Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Anti-Terrorist Financing (ATF) checks, documenting outcomes, and ensuring all donor data is accurately inputted into our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system as per the directives of the line manager. Reporting directly to the Senior Database Manager, this position plays a crucial role in maintaining the integrity and legality of our fundraising efforts.

III. Major Duties and Responsibilities:

· Know Your Donor (KYD) Process Management: Conduct detailed Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Countering Terrorism Financing (CTF) checks on potential donors and vendors to ensure compliance with legal standards and organizational policies.

· Documentation and Reporting: Accurately document the outcomes of all checks and assessments. Prepare and submit detailed reports on donor verification activities to the Senior Database Manager.
