Primary Responsibilities:

Meeting/Office Coordination

Key Responsibilities:

● Develop and Implement B2B Digital Marketing Strategy:

o Design and execute comprehensive digital marketing plans focusing on SMBs in Singapore.

o Create targeted campaigns across various digital channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, Email marketing, etc.) to generate qualified leads.

● Performance Marketing & Optimization:

● Content Roadmap:

o Work closely with brand and marketing communications team to develop relevant content that resonates with the SMB audience.

o Develop a content roadmap and implement it across digital channels based on the content theme and roadmap.

● Data Analysis and Reporting:

o Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar) to track campaign performance and provide actionable insights.

o Prepare regular reports on KPIs, campaign performance, and ROI for senior management.

● Market Research & Trends:

o Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices within the SMB segment in Singapore.

● Collaboration & Leadership:

o Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors (if required) to ensure effective execution of marketing campaigns.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

● Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in B2B digital marketing, with a focus on performance marketing.

● Proven experience working with SMBs in Singapore/Malaysia/Indonesia is a plus.

Job Purpose:

The digital marketing performance manager holds the accountability of the overall account performance and budget utilization for a portfolio of clients and ensures that the team works cohesively in developing, maintaining and optimizing performance marketing channels. ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities aligned to Pico’s broad service capabilities in events, exhibitions, retail, experiential marketing, content, and technology.
• Lead pitches and proposal development. Includes working with the relevant team and producers to pull together the required Specialist Services to develop the proposal.
• Competent in leading client’s strategies and to identify client’s needs and to create strategies to meet those needs.
• Grow the business both locally and regionally through a strategic account management approach and look to continuously improve the planning and execution of activities planned by our clients.
