REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university
5-10 years of hands-on experience in cargo and vessel operations in an oil and/or gas trading company

In 2003 Jia Ying was registered as a charity and became a full member of the National Council of Social Services, with IPC status. Jia Ying operates two Active Aging Centres serving seniors and their families at blocks 19 and 25, Hougang Avenue 3.

About the Role

We are looking for an administrative executive to support Jia Ying’s finance and administrative operations. This role will report to the Finance/Admin Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Simple bookkeeping / accounting entry into the accounting system.
• Keep track of all monthly payments and expenditures, including purchase orders and direct invoices.

· Perform general administrative functions including sourcing and purchasing.

Provide administrative support to fund raising activities, reaching out to potential donors and assist in curating social media campaigns.

Requirements:

• Candidates must possess at least “O” Levels (accounting). ITE diploma (accounting) can be considered. At least 3 years of experience in handling full set of accounts, audit and related administrative tasks.
• · Experience working in the social service sector and fund raising is preferred but not mandatory.
• Able to work independently as well as being a proactive team member.
• · Proficient in accounting software (Xero) and Microsoft Office

• Provide onsite support for maintenance and operations of direct services, including evening and weekend work as needed, up to 3 times per week.
• Support planning and coordination of events and programmes for children, youth, and families.
• Assist in administrative and logistic matters, such as budget maintenance, report preparation, and material procurement.
• Collaborate with community partners to maximize programme opportunities and resource sourcing.
• Create and design collaterals for programmes and services.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma, preferably in Social Work, Psychology, Counselling, or Community Services.
• 1-2 years of proven experience in coordinating programs.
• Experience in non-profit organizations is advantageous.
• Tech-savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office; preferably, knowledge in design and design tools like Photoshop, Wix, or Canva.
• Strong team player with excellent time management, communication, and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented and efficient.

Responsibilities include:

-Assist in daily operations
-Ensure that the restaurant and kitchen is properly maintained and clean
-Oversee food preperations, presentation and storage to ensure food health and safety compliceny.
-Regular checks with customers to gather feedbacks

·Experience in F&B Operations,

·Preferably 3 years of previous experience in serving in restaurant

·Must be able to work night shift or split shift

Responsibilities:

• Inspect incoming raw/packaging materials and product labels to ensure they meet standard specifications.
• Conduct checks on the production line for compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), including in-process items and finished products, ensuring adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and product specifications.
• Generate weekly QC reports.
• Work closely with the production team to ensure quality products are produced.
• Ensure products adhere to and comply with food regulations.
• Report non-conformances to superiors or the person-in-charge for investigation and corrective action.
• Verify product labels before printing.
• Support in managing retention samples.
• Assist in pest control management.
• Maintain documentation and records.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and quality enhancement.
• Perform any other related duties as assigned by superiors.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience preferred.
• Capable of working as part of a team as well as independently with minimal supervision.
• Possesses good interpersonal skills, analytical skills, self-motivation, and meticulous attention to detail.
