Key Responsibilities

1. Technical Support: Provide in-depth technical knowledge of water treatment processes, particularly membrane technologies (e.g., Nano Filtration, Reverse Osmosis) to assist the marketing and sales teams.

Qualifications

1. Diploma, equivalent or higher, with a major in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Water Resource Management, or a related field.
2. Knowledge of design and visualization software such as AutoCAD is a plus.
3. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in water treatment processes or related fields with a focus on membrane technologies.
4. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with technical teams, customers, and stakeholders.
5. Presentation Skills: Ability to present complex technical information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
6. Bilingual in English and Chinese is required.

Main purpose of the job  

The primary role of a Global Category Manager – Marketing Communications is to lead and implement procurement strategies, vision, and governance across the organization. This position heads the Procurement team, fostering unity across regions and promoting the sharing of best practices and knowledge. Alongside adhering to established governance, policies, and processes, the role involves protecting the company's assets and reputation through effective internal control systems, procedures, and legal compliance. Your Role

Mighty Jaxx is seeking a proactive and strategic Digital Marketing Specialist to elevate our digital presence and drive customer engagement. In this role, you will plan, execute, and monitor impactful digital campaigns across multiple platforms, playing a vital part in shaping our ad and communications strategy. Your efforts will be central to increasing customer acquisition, engagement, and loyalty by delivering targeted, data-driven marketing experiences.

You will work closely with internal teams to ensure a cohesive brand voice across all digital touchpoints, optimising performance metrics to continuously improve campaign effectiveness. This is an exciting opportunity for a self-starter with a passion for digital marketing, strong analytical skills, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment to help drive Mighty Jaxx forward.

Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy & Execution

• Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across channels, ensuring consistent messaging and brand alignment.
• Develop and manage campaign briefs, working closely with our Creative team and external partners to bring campaigns to life.

Content Strategy Development

• Develop and implement content strategies that align with campaign goals and resonate with target audiences, supporting lead acquisition and engagement across all digital channels.

Collaborative Campaign Development

• Collaborate with Creative, Technology and Business Intelligence teams to define, develop, and implement integrated digital campaign strategies.
• Create ad sets, audience targeting, ad copy, and other assets with support from local market teams.

Paid Media & Budget Management

• Partner with internal teams to develop integrated paid media strategies, outlining key themes and messaging.
• Monitor and manage campaign budgets, ensuring efficient pacing against targets.

Performance Analysis & Optimisation

• Analyse performance metrics across digital channels to inform marketing decisions and enhance lead acquisition and activation strategies.
• Continuously improve processes to ensure best practices and efficiency in campaign management and lead generation.

Data-Driven Insights & Reporting

• Conduct data analysis to track campaign effectiveness, engagement, and ROAS. Regularly benchmark and analyse performance metrics to optimise campaign outcomes.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials to provide insights into key initiatives and business results.

Traffic & Conversion Optimisation

• Lead the development of in-market digital marketing plans aligned with our global strategy, focusing on driving traffic to Mightyjaxx.com and increasing app downloads.

Requirements

• Prior digital marketing experience, especially in the areas of: crafting content strategy, driving digital campaigns, post-campaign analytics reporting and paid marketing campaigns.
• Proven ability to leverage data and metrics to drive campaign improvements.
• Proficiency in Excel or Tableau, including data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables.
• Demonstrated experience in building and optimising multiple simultaneous marketing campaigns.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional marketing and creative teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, devise marketing tactics and strategies for the different prospective customers at all phases of our buying funnel (Attention, Interest, Desire and Action);
• Collaborate with product team to develop product positioning and messaging that resonate with our target buyer personas;
• Provide support in the launching of product releases and facilitation of cross-functional implementation of launches;
• Understand and support our sales channels; train them on the problems we solve for our buyers and users;
• Design and develop internal and external marketing tools/collateral and work with various teams on implementing such materials
• Assist with reporting and performance analysis of all digital marketing campaigns;
• Create, implement & manage user acquisition experiments.
• Manage a suite of digital marketing tools to determine efficacy of campaigns
• Recommend tools, technologies and processes that will scale marketing efforts and lead to impactful growth hacks;
• Conduct competitive analysis of industry and keep track of upcoming/existing competitors and their offering
• Keep abreast with the emerging trends and technologies in the digital marketing
• Identify and implement methods to nurture both prospective and active customers through automated workflows in CRM systems and other marketing automation platforms
• Key metrics to measure progress
  - Revenue growth from new business and accounts involved
  - Development of product marketing materials
  - Closing rate using new strategic sales decks
  - Adoption of materials used by sales / account management teams

• Comfortable with numbers/metrics and displays strong analytical skills
• 1-3 years experience into product marketing and knowledge of ad-tech/digital marketing
• Create high-quality, engaging, and informative content for various channels such as blog posts, white papers, case studies, eBooks, social media, help centre, and email marketing campaigns.
• Research and analyse industry trends and use the insights to create content that positions our AdTech solutions as the go-to solution for our target audience.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including product, sales, and marketing to create content that aligns with our brand messaging and business objectives.
• Edit and proofread content created by others to ensure it meets our high standards of quality.
• Optimize content for SEO to ensure it is discoverable and ranks well in search engines.
• Manage our content calendar to ensure a steady stream of content is being published.
• Passionate about digital marketing and has a good understanding/appreciation of the Web, technology, media and advertising field;
• Demonstrates commitment to quality sales and customer service
• Has exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong attention to details;
• Self-starter, takes initiative and is able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks allocated;
• Able to work under pressure in a dynamic, ever-changing priorities and fast-paced environment;

Job Descriptions:

• Provide sophisticated calendar management for GCEO. Prioritize inquiries and requests, make good judgement and resolve any scheduling issues in the management of GCEO’s calendar to ensure smooth day-to-day engagements.
• Perform a gatekeeping role for GCEO on email inboxes and inquiries, compose and prepare correspondences.
• Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks that facilitate the GCEO’s ability to effectively lead the organisation, including preparation of reports and presentations, collect and prepare information for meetings, document and write minutes, maintain contact lists, and make travel arrangements etc.
• Maintain an organised and efficient filling system.
• Serve as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders including Board of Directors.
• Assist to proof-read business contracts, agreements prior submitting to GCEO for approval.
• Manage all aspects of GCEO’s office services.
• Provide event management, personal tasks and errands support when requested.
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in an Executive Assistant capacity supporting C-Suite level executives
• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration. Basic legal knowledge is a plus
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally
• Strong command of English, and good written skills
• Proficiency in Chinese would be an added advantage as this position will be required to liaise with Business Teams in China on regular basis
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
