ABOUT THE ROLE

The digital marketing performance manager holds the accountability of the overall account performance and budget utilization for a portfolio of clients and ensures that the team works cohesively in developing, maintaining and optimizing performance marketing channels. Additionally, the mid-tier position is responsible in producing reports and insights along with recommending growth strategies and tactics for internal and external stakeholders. This role requires a people leader with a strong strategic mindset, experience in project management, established communication skills, a deep understanding of digital marketing disciplines (paid and non-paid) and analytical mind.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Management and Growth (40%)

• Frequently monitor performance dashboard and proactively maintain performance and budget pacing
• Measure and report performance of all channels and campaigns, and assess against goals to internal and external stakeholders
• Contribute to the development of media plans and successful performance marketing strategies
• Maintain complete visibility on campaign opportunities and risks
• Provide recommendation on tactical developments and optimisations 
• Hands on campaign executions when required
• Remain constantly updated with company capabilities and service and upgrade knowledge on digital marketing solutions so as to effectively communicate all offerings to the client

Project Management (40%)

• Lead and brief multiple projects relating to marketing campaigns and creative
• Communicate internally and externally on project status
• Ensuring and monitoring satisfactory quality of work

• Control client delivery to prevent over-servicing
• Delegate, supervise and apply quality control on executional tasks
• Keep up to date with promotional campaigns and proactively manage the execution

Team Management and Development (20%)

• Provide guidance, support, and encouragement to team members to enhance their performance and boost their motivation.
• Coordinate and/or request trainings for the team or team members
• Flag team shortcomings (capacity, capability and/or behaviour) to the management team and contribute in resolving team issues

Qualification and Experience

• At least 3 years of experience in client servicing and team lead capacity working in a Digital Marketing Agency
• At least 1 year of managing multiple marketing projects
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Technical and Soft Skills

• Skilled proficiency in directly managing and strategizing for Google Ads and Facebook Ads as a minimum
• Proficiency in the following is an advantage: Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Data Studio, and Google Workspace Suite
• Experience in using Project Management software (preferably ClickUp)
• Excellent written and spoken interpersonal skills; with exceptional presentation skills

A Day in Our Life:

• Prepare the BOQ (Breakdown of Quantity) by listing down the materials, fittings, and fixtures that will be required.
• Source quotes for the procurement of required materials.
• Negotiate for the best terms and conditions and proceed with the procurement of materials/fittings from suppliers.
• Conduct site recce when necessary.
• Support site operations (field operations).
• Submit concepts and costing to clients for approval.
• Liaise with clients for artwork and send it to the supplier for printing.
• Coordinate with sales and suppliers on work specifications and clients’ requirements.
• Monitor and ensure that suppliers/sub-contractors work according to schedules.
• Conduct checks on the quality of fabrication by suppliers according to requirements.
• Conduct on-site servicing to address clients’ feedback.
• Conduct on-site supervision of suppliers and coordinate move-in arrangements.
• Prepare additional costing for sales to bill clients for “VO” (variation order).

MISSION AND RESPONSABILITIES:

The Retail Executive at Guerlain plays a crucial role in supporting the Area Manager and Retail Manager in various operational, reporting, and administrative tasks. This position ensures the smooth functioning of retail operations, product launches, promotions, compliance, and onboarding processes across all doors (stores).

Key Responsibilities:

Reporting and Analysis:

• • Generate weekly and monthly sales reports.
  • Support the Area Manager in ensuring accurate sell-in of products to all doors.

Position Purpose:

This role as Product Executive will be accountable to develop, plan and execute marketing, sales and promotional strategies within the brand’s guidelines to support and achieve the sales plan. Together with the Senior Brand Manager, this role will oversee, orchestrate and execute the brand’s product planning and retail execution, creating a consistent and engaging brand experience that is consumer focused.
