The Role

• Manage the campaign planning process from planning, commercial negotiation to execution with relevant stakeholders
• Work with design agency and suppliers to ensure timely and accurate uploading of content for campaign pages, promotion codes, Shop pages, product listings
• Understand consumer habits and provide brief to Designer on campaign layouts that will encourage browsing and conversions
• Facilitate suppliers booking of E-commerce assets and ensure submission of promotion banners are in line with guidelines
• Manage Guardian’s portfolio on platforms (Guardian.com, Shopee, Lazada) including product upload, product updates, delisting, returns management, stock accuracy, and shop content creation & updates
• Increase sales conversion by creating banners to convey product messaging and promotions
• Ensuring attractive deals, pricing, promos are setup accurately on the platforms
• Liaise with commercial and fulfilment team for any issues and challenges
• Assist customer service team for escalation cases
• Report and escalate issues to relevant internal and external stakeholders for troubleshooting

About You

• Minimum a Diploma in Business Management or related disciplines

Job Scope:

* Assist to maintain the company’s Fixed Assets Register including arranging an Annual Physical Count to ensure that all fixed assets are properly accounted;

* Assist in the accurate and timely closing of the monthly, quarterly and yearly accounts and reporting to our local auditor and Headquarter in Japan;

* Assist to resolve intra-company discrepancies quickly so that the accounts can be closed within the given timeline; and work with parties affected to avoid future recurrence;

Qualifications:

Educational Qualifications

• Degree or other professional qualification in Accountancy with minimum 2 years relevant working experience

Working Experience
