Care Corner Singapore Ltd was founded in 1981, in a climate of changes in the early 1980s, as economic competition in the region intensified and the rift between the wealthy and the lower-income in particular the Chinese blue-collar workers, widened. Rev Tan Tien Ser and a group of passionate individuals believed that these marginalised people with lower income and little opportunities for a formal education could be helped to realise their potential and become more competent and fulfilled persons. RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be part of the team to provide programme support for transnational couples, couples in early marrige or preparing for marriage. This include events planning and coordinating workshops that cater to the unique needs of transnational families and young couples aged between 18 to 24. Responsibilities include:

• Events planning and implementation based on client needs
• Provide administrative support for events and workshops
• Plan manpower roster for programme
• Guide volunteers in executing programme activities
• Develop informative materials for clients and volunteers
• Coordinate with external agencies for execution of programme
• Conduct outreach activities to target client group
• Provide feedback and programme updates.

Bachelor Degree in any field

Requirements:

• At least 1-2 years of programme/project administration or other relevant experience
• MS Office proficiency.

Main Responsibilities:

· Focus on raising capital

· Building and cultivating existing investor relationships across a variety of investor types – family offices, high-net-worth investors, private banks, fund of funds, etc

· Identify potential investors and develop proper points of contact

· Initiate calls to investors and meet face-to-face to explain investment opportunities

· Initiate and support investor events (in-person and webinars) as required in close cooperation with the marketing and operations teams

· Control the prospect tracking and prioritization

· Record all interactions with investors in a customer relationship management platform

· Support the marketing team in the development of marketing materials (sales brochures, website, presentations, and letters) used in the capital-raising process

· Participate in strategic planning with senior management to set sales and financial goals

· Assist senior executives of the firm with strategic decisions and business initiatives associated with fundraising, marketing, and investor relations

Requirements:

· Bilingual in English and Mandarin to converse with Mandarin speaking associates

· Previous track record with proven success in achieving aggressive growth and revenue targets in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment

· At least 5 years of sales experience with excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Service-oriented and pro-active, with good interpersonal skills and a passion for developing strong relationships with existing clients and prospects

· Good Microsoft Office Skills (including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word)

Job Overview

Assist in preparation of payroll and related functions for the organization. Maintain and update pay history for Asia Pacific branches. Generate month end and ad-hoc reports.

What you’ll do (responsibilities)

1. Create Payroll database for all staff locally.
2. Maintain and update pay history records for Asia-Pacific branches.
3. Calculate commissions, overtime payments and other allowances for the regions.
4. Prepare Legislative Reports inclusive of monthly statutory payment.
5. Print monthly and commission pay advice and distribute to staff.
6. Assist in preparation of payroll reports and month end closing.
7. Attend to enquiries from staff on payroll related matters.
8. Provide administrative duties as and when required.

What you’ll need (qualifications)

• Candidate must possess Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or related.
• At least 2 -3 years of relevant working experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage a variety of end-to-end marketing campaigns to drive awareness and leads. You’ll be involved in the planning, segmentation, creative and execution.
• Oversee the development and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Help with the creation of a wide variety of online and offline materials to support the retail team – brochures, in-store collaterals.
• Develop messaging and positioning for new products and services.
• Write copy for diverse marketing distributions (brochures, press releases, website material etc)
• Liaise and work closely with in-house graphic team, agencies, media, external partners and vendors to ensure successful implementation of marketing activities and deliverables.
• Analyse customer data to identify trends and insights that inform marketing decisions.
• Segment customer data to drive CRM campaigns.
• Manage social media account and create engaging content.
• Evaluate the impact and effectiveness of marketing programs and campaigns in achieving the objectives, including impact on leads.
• Managing of marketing budgets and expenditure.
• Use website CMS to update with content, ensure it’s optimised for SEO and track its performance.
• Monitoring of key competitors and market trends
• Negotiate and secure promotional tie-ups, spaces, partnerships and sponsorships.

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Business or Marketing or Communication or other relevant disciplines.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in similar capacity in advertising & promotion, social media and digital advertising.
• Independent, resourceful and possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
• A strong team player and be able to see other people’s points of view and take on board feedback.
• Self-motivated, initiative and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Must be effectively bilingual.
