Key Responsibilities:

• Provide good customer service to walk-in customers to ensure they have a positive customer experience.
• Handle order fulfilment processes, gain product knowledge to promote sales and communicate with customers, e.g., be able to communicate what is organic, gluten- or dairy-free

Job Description:

• Sales and customer service-related duties and responsibilities will be the main focus, including but not limited to the following tasks:
• Quick processing of customer purchase orders and sales quotes in the ERP system;
