• Plan marketing campaign and schedule for upcoming promotion and product awareness
• Manage company online and media platform to develop all creative advertisements (Facebook, Website, SGcarmart, Carousell, Marketing Blast) for all departments in Think One Group including after office hour
• Develop all artwork and create media materials for events and occasions.
• Copy-writing for created artwork to be use for advertising platform to engage audience
• Assign leads asap or latest within an hour (inclusive of after office hour) on CRM system to salesperson and follow up on the lead status
• Manage all incoming emails, WhatsApp, Facebook and phone calls enquires
• Prepare weekly marketing report on respective departments
• Any other ad hoc duties assigned by the management
• Assign all leads/enquiries received on weekends within an hour
