Key Responsibilities:

1. Cleaning and Sanitization:

• Thoroughly clean and sanitize container, tray, equipment and surfaces according to established protocols.
• Ensure all areas of the outlet & kitchen, including floors, walls, and storage areas, are kept clean and free from contaminants.

Role Overview:

The Programme Executive will be responsible for managing and supporting the administration of government grants aimed at assisting shipping companies with manpower needs. Reporting to the Head of Communications & Membership, this role requires strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills to ensure smooth execution of the programme’s lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

· Grant Management: Oversee the lifecycle of the manpower grant programme, ensuring compliance and smooth execution.

· Outreach & Engagement: Plan and conduct company visits and events to promote the programme.

· Customer Relationship Management: Respond to inquiries, customer leads, and manage stakeholder relationships.

· Eligibility Assessment & Compliance: Evaluate applications, ensuring accuracy and adherence to government guidelines.

· Grant Processing: Assist with approval, claims submission, and disbursement of funds to eligible companies.

The Role

Reporting to the HR manager, you will be tasked with day to day HR operations activities such as recruitment from posting of job ads to preparation of employment contracts, onboarding process, application of passes (if required), conducting orientation, overseeing insurance inception process, etc. You will also be required to handle payroll processing, CPF submission, tax submission and government leave claims. Your Profile
