• To prepare sales reporting and input sales data into MYOB.
• Daily incoming funds reporting for different bank accounts
• To ensure accurate and timely preparation of yearly statutory financial statements and year end company audit;
• To ensure accurate and timely submission of monthly management reports;
• To process payments and update daily in-coming fund reporting to the management.
• Daily monitoring and accurate reporting on account receivables and payables;
• To handle quarterly GST declaration submission.
• To handle petty cash
• Reporting and accounting as per regulatory and legal compliance/ requirement including taxation, dividends, annual report and accounts;
• Liaison with authorities, bankers, internal and external auditor/ tax agent;
• Verify all outgoing payments prepared by the assistant
• Month end closing - intercompany balance reconciliations, accruals, fixed assets/ prepayment schedules, loan schedules across different banks, FX Revaluations
• Ad hoc reporting required by management Requirements

Qualifications & experience

• Fresh graduate / Post graduate/For Account Assistant internship without experience. (Entry Level)
• Position is open to Singapore Citizen and Permanent residents only due to limited foreign Permit quota by MOM .
• Desk bound work and long hours if required
• Good written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Proficient in MS Office applications.

• Monthly payroll including submission of monthly CPF & FWL
• Annual submission of income tax IR8A, NS Claim and others
• Submission of Tax clearance
• Update and maintain Personnel data file
• Prepare Employment Contract
• WICA Insurance Claim
• Take care of Dormitory & Catering arrangement for workers
• Arrangement of Skilled Course enrollment for Workers
• Co-ordinate with Supervisor & prepare schedule for daily workers allocation at site
• Planning of company annual event
• Provide support in administrative tasks
• Road Tax & Vehicle Insurance Renewal
• FWMI & WICA Renewal
• Submission of Government Claims such as maternity leave, childcare leave etc...
• Handling of Government Grant application such as Career Support Programme, Worklife Grant etc...
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years Experience in full spetrum of HR Duties preferably in construction sector
• Must be strong in administrative support/ skills
• Able to work independently, dynamic with initiative within timeline
• Knowledge of Times Payroll software/Info-Tech is an added advantage
• Able to communicate in both English & Chinese (to liaise with associates)
• Working Location : Chin Bee (initially for the first 7-8 months), followed by Woodlands HQ thereafter (Tentative).
