PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conceptualise & spearhead marketing initiatives to positively profile and increase awareness of Health and to reach identified target audiences and stakeholders in an effective manner
• Research and identify current marketing trends and new business opportunities to support the promotion of the company’s products and services
• Manage and steer appointed agencies and vendors to support ongoing online/offline marketing initiatives and campaigns comprising but not limited to SEO/SEM, digital advertisements, content marketing, email marketing, events and other promotional initiatives
• Uphold the organisation’s reputation through the execution of public relations activities and managing customer feedback through front-facing email accounts, Google reviews and other relevant platforms
• Cultivate and manage partnerships with key business stakeholders with the aim of developing strategic collaborations to drive mutually beneficial business outcomes
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with healthcare professionals, insurance partners, medical concierges and other third-party platforms to drive a pipeline of leads and referrals to the company
• Provide assistance to execute action plans for the company’s operational goals and to support the smooth running of daily operations at the company’s specialist clinics
• Other relevant ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage the full spectrum of GST accounts and record transaction data accurately.

• Update fixed assets and depreciation records in accounting software.

• Update attendance records, leave schedules, overtime, etc.
• Stay updated on MOM guidelines and implement changes as required.
• Handle general administrative tasks and other ad-hoc duties as needed.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting or related field.
• 3-5 years’ experience managing full-spectrum accounts, preferably in F&B.
• Proficient in English and Mandarin to liaise with cross functional team.
• Meticulous, organized, and able to multi-task efficiently.
• Independent, collaborative, and a good team player.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word).
• Familiarity with Xero accounting, Zealys payroll, ePOS systems, and credit card portals.
• 5-day work week, immediate or short-notice availability preferred.

GENERAL SUMMARY

Reporting to the Manager, People, Culture, Organisation (PCO), the Executive, People, Culture, Organisation is responsible for the execution of HR administration, as well as assisting with aspects of employee engagement.

The HR executive is responsible for

· HR operations and administration;

· Execution of HR plans;

· Providing support on HR and organisational development matters; and

· Ensuring that all HR practices are compliant with relevant legal and statutory requirements

ROLES & RESPONSBILITIES

Recruitment, Selection & Separation

1. Manage the recruitment and selection process under the guidance of Manager, PCO, including placement of job postings, shortlisting of candidates, conducting reference checks and providing guidance to hiring managers;

2. Obtaining the necessary employment permits for non-local employees;

3. Preparation of administrative forms upon commencement of new employees;

4. Manage the offboarding process under the guidance of Manager, PCO, from acceptance of resignation, administration of letter for separation for other reasons, coordinating with relevant parties for handover and offboarding, arranging for exit interviews

Compensation & Benefits

1. Administration of payroll including related statutory submissions such as CPF, Income Tax;

QUALIFICATIONS

Education And Experience
