• Handle premium payment and receipting function, including managing of suspense account
• Provide support in handing enquires/appeals and managing feedbacks from touchpoints, including policyholders and financial representatives
• Liaise with internal stakeholders such as new business, customer care, finance, IT distribution representative and policyholders
• To provide requirements and perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system enhancements, process improvement and defects when required
• To collate statistics for management reporting
• Assist with ad-hoc initiatives/projects as assigned by the Section Head

• Oversee the vessel schedule
• collaborating with local stakeholders
• Apply permits for the vessel port entry, crew change, etc.
• Assess the suitability of vessels for specific ports, taking into account their characteristics, port capabilities, and our commercial requirements.
• Familiarize with local rules and regulations

Requirements:

• Proficiency in written and spoken English & Mandrian
• Diploma, preferably in shipping, logistics, or a minimum of 3 years of experience in Shipping Agency
• Familar with MPA, ICA, PSA website applications
• Self-motivated, strong analytical skills and critical thinking abilities.
• Effective communication skills, problem solving skills
• Proactive, organized, and capable of managing priorities and emergencies.
• Solid knowledge of the maritime industry or other supply chain domains.
