The Product Marketing Manager will own and drive the product centric marketing strategy for Mac across Southeast Asia. • Articulate the Mac product opportunity in market and provide product insight and leadership from introduction through end-of-life to both the Marketing and Sales organizations

Description

Responsibilities:

Travel Arrangement

• Maintain updated Travel Profilers with records of Passports, Visa etc.
• Administrator of e-Travel application system as 2nd level Approver
• Monitor and co-ordinator bookings of flights, accommodation, car transfer, visa, Travel Insurance etc - within Company’s Travel Guidelines.
• Ensure all invoices are attached with the approval documents to support payment for Finance

Admin Support to MD & HEXCO Members

• Schedule business meetings for MD update the e-calendar according, and update MD’s calendar on HEXCO members movements.
• Travel Expenses claims for HEXCO members - Prepare and submit abide to Company’s travel guidelines within timeline

Office Administration

• Administrator for all IT related matters, co-ordinate to ensure smooth delivery and proper closure
• Submit request for Office Access card and Guest Wifi request for external visitors, ensure timely issuance and collection for return to Admin
• Check and verify all incoming invoices, liaise with all related parties to verify differentiation, ensure timely submission to Finance
• Replenish office supplies such as stationeries, name cards, printing papers, disposal bins etc in a timely manner.
• Arrange Courier/mail service and distribution daily mails to employees
• Timely update on record of Lockers issuance and Direct lines in BOX
• Medical Leave– to ensure MC chit hardcopies and e-leave system record tallies
• New Hire on-boarding – to complete on boarding preparation according to New hire checklist
• Existing staff exit clearance
• Co-ordinate & provide support on logistic needs for staff events
• Keep track of Training Records based on annual SDR requirements
• Update employee Direct Line to Group Directory (prior commencement), and upload employee’s picture
