Job Scope

Qualifications:

The Events Marketing Coordinator is responsible for planning, organising and executing a variety of events and planning of marketing promotions for YOTEL Singapore Orchard Road.

Main Responsibilities

• Assist in the development of event marketing and F&B/ Hotel promotional materials
• Provide daily support on administrative functions such as answering call and email enquiries
• To be involved in the daily/weekly management of the company’s social media and review platforms
• Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
• Work closely with external agency to manage influencer/media collaboration
• Coordinate media interest in the Organisation and ensure regular contact with target media and appropriate response to media requests
• Responsible with coordinating with external vendors and several departments to ensure that all programmes and events run smoothly
• Manage on-site event logistics
• Follow up with respective clients before and after each event so as to obtain feedback and ensure repeat business
• Define types and scale of events that can be held on site at the property

Knowledge, experience, skills required

• Possess a Diploma in Events Management or equivalent
• Candidates with no prior experience are welcome
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Knowledge on Adobe software is an advantage
