About The Role
As the Director / Head of Sales & Marketing, you will spearhead the development and execution of comprehensive sales and marketing strategies within the healthcare insurance sector. This pivotal role involves building and leading a high-performing team of Corporate Sales Managers, driving business growth, and enhancing brand presence.
Given this is a new expansion, you will have the unique opportunity to build from the ground up, crafting your own strategies and setting milestones to establish a robust sales and marketing framework.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement integrated sales and marketing strategies to achieve organizational objectives and drive revenue growth.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and lead a team of Corporate Sales Managers, fostering a culture of high performance and collaboration.
- Market Expansion: Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities, including partnerships with third-party insurance providers and corporate clients.
- Brand Management: Oversee marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness and positioning within the healthcare insurance industry.
- Performance Monitoring: Establish KPIs and metrics to monitor team performance, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Budget Management: Manage budgets effectively, optimizing resource allocation for maximum ROI.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including insurance partners, healthcare providers, and internal departments.
- Compliance: Ensure all sales and marketing activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.
- Partnerships: Establish partnerships with technology providers to introduce advanced solutions that improve client experiences and streamline processes.
- Digital Transformation: Drive digitalization in Sales and Marketing strategies, leveraging digital tools and platforms to enhance customer enhancement.
Experience Required:
- Minimum of 8-10 years in Corporate Sales & Marketing roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity within the Healthcare / Insurance sector.
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful Sales and Marketing strategies to drive business growth.
- Demonstrated experience in building and leading high-performance teams, with strong motivational and coaching abilities.
- Deep understanding of Singapore's healthcare/insurance landscape, including key players, market trends, and regulatory environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and innovative mindset.
- Proficiency in CRM software and digital marketing platforms.
Education/Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant professional certifications would be advantageous.
- Additional certifications or training in insurance, sales, will be a plus.
