We are looking for a highly motivated, innovative and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Executive, Creative thinker who is still able to work both independently and as a part of a team.

This person directly owns the performance outcomes for our e-commerce platforms and will be responsible for overseeing the copywriting, email marketing as well as the creation of product listing across existing and future platforms.

He/She will report directly to the head of marketing. He/she is expected to work closely with the team leader to ensure that digital strategies are effectively integrated into brand marketing and paid media efforts.

Day-to-day Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute and manage digital marketing campaigns and online advertisements including web/SEO/SEM/Social media/ e-commerce sites to increase traffic and brand awareness.
• Creation of product listings and crafting of product write-ups on e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Lazada, Amazon and any other future platforms)

• Planning of social media calendar, brainstorming ideas, content creation and execution to meet all performance objectives
• Conceptualising and creating engaging content and banners across platforms
• Track success of social media initiatives and ensure set KPIs are met by analysing key data, metrics and insights of respective digital media platforms
• Ensure quality control of the company’s relevant conversations and responses in social media and marketplaces.

Email Marketing:

• Craft compelling and results-driven email marketing and banners
• Drive initiatives to grow email database and optimize EDM objectives like open rates, click through and conversions

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conceptualise & spearhead marketing initiatives to positively profile and increase awareness of Health and to reach identified target audiences and stakeholders in an effective manner
• Research and identify current marketing trends and new business opportunities to support the promotion of the company’s products and services
• Manage and steer appointed agencies and vendors to support ongoing online/offline marketing initiatives and campaigns comprising but not limited to SEO/SEM, digital advertisements, content marketing, email marketing, events and other promotional initiatives
• Uphold the organisation’s reputation through the execution of public relations activities and managing customer feedback through front-facing email accounts, Google reviews and other relevant platforms
• Cultivate and manage partnerships with key business stakeholders with the aim of developing strategic collaborations to drive mutually beneficial business outcomes
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with healthcare professionals, insurance partners, medical concierges and other third-party platforms to drive a pipeline of leads and referrals to the company
• Provide assistance to execute action plans for the company’s operational goals and to support the smooth running of daily operations at the company’s specialist clinics
• Other relevant ad-hoc tasks as assigned
