About the Role

The Marketing and Admissions Specialist will act as a strategic bridge between marketing and admissions, advising Heads of Department and driving initiatives that ensure cohesive strategies and impactful outcomes. With expertise in global admissions and advanced data analytics, the successful candidate will develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns and enrolment strategies that reflect the school’s values and aspirations. This role is critical in enhancing the school’s visibility, growing enrolment, and connecting with diverse communities.

Key Responsibilities

● Lead the design and implementation of admissions and marketing strategies tailored to the UAE, UK, and Singapore markets.

● Provide actionable insights through advanced data analytics to inform decision-making and improve campaign performance.

● Represent NLCS (Singapore) at high-profile events, including open houses and education fairs.

● Build and nurture relationships with prospective families, school counselors, and community leaders.

● Collaborate with marketing and admissions teams to deliver a seamless, family-centric experience.

● Develop culturally sensitive marketing content and strategies that resonate with diverse audiences.

About You

We are seeking a candidate who brings:

● A minimum of 7 years’ senior-level experience in admissions and marketing, with a focus on international education.

● Deep knowledge and professional networks in the UAE, UK, and Singapore markets.

● A proven ability to lead data-driven marketing campaigns across digital, print, and event platforms.

● Exceptional relationship-building skills, with experience engaging parents and stakeholders in culturally diverse settings.

● A track record of success in managing events and delivering results in competitive international markets.
