The Digital Marketing Specialist will be a key member of the Marketing Team, responsible for developing and executing innovative digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and business growth for Tribecar in Singapore. This role requires a data-driven and creative individual with a strong understanding of digital marketing channels and a proven ability to deliver impactful campaigns that exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across all relevant channels, including but not limited to:
• Paid Social: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok
• Search Engine Marketing (SEM): Google Ads
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO): On-page and off-page optimisation
• Content Marketing: Blog posts, social media content, email marketing
• Display Advertising: Banner ads, video ads
• Programmatic Advertising
• Manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, ensuring maximum ROI.
• Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance using key metrics (e.g., website traffic, conversions, cost per acquisition) and provide actionable insights.
• Conduct A/B testing and continuous optimisation of campaigns to improve performance.

Data Analysis & Insights:

• Utilise data analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, etc.) to track campaign performance, identify trends, and gain valuable insights into customer behaviour.
• Analyse website traffic data to identify areas for improvement in website usability and conversion rate optimisation (CRO).
• Generate regular reports on campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations for future campaigns.

Team Collaboration & Campaign Execution:

• Collaborate effectively with other members of the Marketing team to brainstorm, plan, and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
• Contribute to the development of creative concepts and campaign materials.
• Ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of marketing campaigns.

Stay Updated:

• Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
• Continuously explore new technologies and platforms to improve marketing effectiveness.

Job requirements and skills:

• Diploma in Mass Communication, Marketing, or a similar field.
• Pays attention to details and possess good time management skills to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously and ensure timeline is met.
• Able to work independently and in a team, on weekends and public holidays to support and ensure all marketing campaigns are rolled out.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills.
• Able to multi-task and adapt to a diverse and fast-paced environment.
• Experience in Digital Marketing will be advantageous.
• Class 3 licence holder preferred.
• General knowledge and interest in the car-sharing/automotive industry is important.
• Willingness to learn, enthusiasm and personal motivation is paramount.

Job Description

• Provide direct support to sales team including attend to customers’ enquiries, prepare sales quotations, processing sales invoice and delivery management (Local & Overseas)
• Update of products price list, brochure and new products arrival notice to all customers through different channels
• Assist in creating the sales message of the company and send the newsletters, promotional information to prospective clients, maintain and update content on company’s website and social media platforms
• Assist in office administrative tasks
• Ad-hoc sales support as assigned

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Marketing/ Business Administration and equivalent
• Knowledge with photo and video editing software (e.g Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Good command of English in writing
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients in view of business communications
• Preferably 1-2 years of working experiences in related position

• We work on Monday to Friday(8:30am to 5:30pm), Alternate Saturday (8:30am to 1:30pm)
