Key Responsibilities

• Delivery Platform Management: Develop and oversee strategies for our delivery platforms, ensuring seamless integration, optimal performance, and customer satisfaction.
• Digital Strategy Implementation: Design and execute strategies aimed at enhancing customer experience through digital tools and initiatives.
• Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics to monitor and analyze performance metrics, customer behavior, and advertising performance, providing insights for strategic efficiency.
• Research and Innovation: Stay updated on emerging trends in digitalization and customer experience. Monitor market trends and best practices in delivery and online platforms, applying relevant insights to enhance the company's digital strategies.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain thorough records of workflows, customer insights, and project updates to ensure accurate and comprehensive documentation.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field. Fresh graduates with strong potential are also encouraged to apply.

Skills:

• Passion for digitalisation and enhancing customer experiences.
• Basic understanding of digital strategies (e.g., coursework or personal projects).
• Analytical mindset with an interest in data-driven decision-making.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Proactive, eager to learn, and adaptable to new challenges.
• Knowledge of SEO and SEM is a plus.
