Responsibilities:
● Programme Support
○ Support Programme Leads for:
■ Listed Entity Director Programme
■ Board Readiness Programme
■ Chairperson Accelerator Programme
○ Provide support to the PD team for other programmes on an ad-hoc basis
● Pre-Event Logistics:
○ Coordinate with speakers and knowledge partners to gather presentation materials.
○ Prepare introductory decks, attendance sheets, evaluation forms, looping slides, and event notifications.
○ Compile and prepare namelists and nametags.
● Post-Event Support:
○ Assist with the analysis of post-event evaluation data.
● General Event Support:
○ Co-host webinars.
○ Provide onsite support during events.
○ Source for suitable venue and get quotations for comparison
● Communication and Coordination:
○ Answer basic queries via the SID hotline.
○ Liaise with speakers and knowledge partners.
Requirements:
● Min Diploma in any discipline
● Proficient in MS Office applications
● Organised and meticulous
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
● WIllingness to learn
● Prior experience in training administration is a plus
