Responsibilities:

• Develop strategies for maximizing brand visibility, recognition and engagement during trade shows and/or for overall branding
• Conceptualize, plan, and execute engaging events aligned with the brand's image and goals
• Develop and implement effective public relations launch strategies for new products, services, or initiatives while evaluating the success through post-event analysis
• Cultivate media relationships to secure coverage and manage press releases. Build and maintain relationships with journalists, bloggers, and influencers
• Craft clear and compelling copy for various mediums, including social media, blog posts, and newsletters
• Act as a spokesperson for the brand and facilitate media interviews when necessary. Act swiftly to manage and mitigate potential public relations crises

Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in Marketing, Business or related field
• Minimum 5 years of related work experience in FMCG or beauty industry
• Proven experience in marketing roles, with a strong background in trade and retail marketing, branding, lead generation & CRM
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only
