We are looking for a dedicated accounts executive for general ledger to be responsible for maintaining and organizing financial records, ensuring data accuracy, and checking figures for accuracy.

Job Responsibilities:

* Responsible for period-end closing activities such as GL Journal entries, bank reconciliation and ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end closing of accounts.

* Prepare and perform review on Balance Sheet and P&L monthly schedules.

MINIMUM BACKGROUND / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• A basic degree in business studies, marketing, or any sciences
• 8+ years of consumer marketing management experience gained at a country, regional or global level of an MNC; experience in HCP marketing will be an added advantage

You will be responsible for coordinating sea import shipments, managing import/export files, updating shipment statuses, and handling customer notifications. Responsibilities include processing invoices, checking shipment documents, and arranging transportation.
