Job Summary

This position supports global and local marketing campaigns for Bacha Coffee Brand.com, by implementing digital sales, marketing, and logistics strategies across BachaCoffee.com, social media, search engines, and other channels. Primary Relationships

The position reports to the eCommerce Manager.

Campaign Activation

Site Merchandising and Optimisations

• Review merchandising on-site, for the best consumer journey

Provide insights into customer behaviour and suggest improved content, eCommerce journeys, and direct marketing initiatives to increase customer satisfaction, engagement and commercial opportunities.

Report and Analysis

Utilise analytics tools to monitor and provide actionable insights for improvements.

Compile weekly, monthly and annual digital marketing campaign performance reports for eCommerce Manager.

Requirements

• 2-4 years working experience in digital marketing, E-Commerce, media planning or other similar roles
