Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, with at least 4 years of experience in social media marketing, driving conversions and sales.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, XHS, etc.), with experience in community management and customer engagement.
• Proficient in social media tools, analytics, and video editing software (e.g., Canva, CapCut).
• Excellent communication, creative, and analytical skills to craft compelling content and optimize campaigns.
• Ability to work independently, handle multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines while ensuring high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing engaging content for World Farm’s social media channels.
• Create eye-catching visuals and graphics for social media campaigns using design tools (e.g., Photoshop, Canva).
• Contribute to video content ideas and take charge of video production for platforms like TikTok and Instagram Reels, including pre- and post- production.
• Help manage and schedule posts on various social media channels
• Research and implement best practices to increase website traffic and improve search rankings
• Analyse campaign performance (e.g., email open rates, conversion rates, social media engagement) and provide actionable recommendations.
• Support marketing promotions, seasonal sales, and customer engagement initiatives

Requirements:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) and an understanding of what drives engagement, working knowledge of XHS and Lemon8 knowledge is a bonus
• Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva) is a plus
• Strong analytical skills; able to interpret marketing data and provide insights
• Creativity and ability to think outside the box for innovative marketing strategies
• Time management skills; ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
