• Responsible for daily forecasting and analyzing of the e-commerce platform operations. You will also be required to generate operation analysis reports, provide conclusions and suggestions to various departments.

• Develop and improve A/B Test plans for different business strategies, summarize and analyze, continuously optimize, and ensure that they bring actual value to business growth.

Job Requirements:

• More than 1 years of data analysis experience, major in statistics, e-commerce, etc., rich experience in data analysis and data products in the e-commerce industry.
• Able to conduct good analysis and possess excellent data report presentation capabilities, able to think and analyse problems systematically. Meticulous and possess strong execution ability.
• Familiar with e-commerce-related data products, understand e-commerce-related dimensions of indicators and improvement methods.
• Familiar with the operation of e-commerce. retail, FMCG, or fast fashion industries.

Job Description

Marketing Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, including special events, new treatment launches, and promotions.
• Assist in the implementation and follow up of patient satisfaction surveys, email marketing, and loyalty programs to enhance patient retention.
• Work closely with marketing team, and to provide any data required by the team when required.

Administrative Support

• Arrangement of trainings for the Aesthetic Doctors and Therapists at the clinic.
• Creation of Meeting slides.
• Prepare sales and other relevant reports as required by management.
• Receptionist duties when needed.
• Monitor and manage clinic supplies, ensuring treatment rooms are fully stocked and operational.

Others

• Other ad-hoc tasks that management may require from time to time.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 1-year experience as an Admin Assistant
• Experience in the Beauty industry will be advantageous
• Computer literate
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English and Mandarin to communicate with patients and therapists at the clinic
• Result oriented with proven track record.

Roles Description:

The role will be a Digital Marketing Account Manager (AM). The AM will be handling our clients' Digital Marketing campaigns. He or she is also expected to be managing our clients and optimise their campaign to the best practices.

Specific Responsibilities:

The main responsibilities of the role are to conceptualise, set up, optimise the performance of the digital marketing accounts, and update clients regarding the campaign performance.

Competencies:

The AM will have an in-depth understanding of Digital Marketing and also gain the confidence of client management. He or She will be able to set up and run the campaigns independently. In addition, he or she would be analysing data to optimise the campaign performance.
