We are seeking a creative marketing intern who is passionate about social media and content creation. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in developing and executing marketing strategies across various social media platforms. You will work closely with our marketing team to create engaging content, manage social media accounts, and help grow our online presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling content for our social media platforms (Instagram, Tiktok, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Develop creative and engaging multimedia content (graphics, videos, blogs, etc.) to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics and provide insights for optimization.

Qualifications:

• Creative mindset with a passion for content creation and storytelling.

The incumbent will be responsible in leading a team of 10 to raise the brand reputation and recognition for the company’s Beauty and F&B business units. The incumbent will be responsible in crafting high-performing marketing strategies to improve business performance across online and offline channels and implement it, while ensuring the effectiveness of the engagement.

Responsibilities also involve analysing market trends and campaign outcomes evaluation, communicating marketing objectives to both the team and organisation, and improving/creating best practices to develop marketing plan across the organisation.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or equivalent. Master’s degree in relevant field is a plus

• Strong knowledge in content creation, SEO/SEM, PPC, CRM, and digital marketing strategies such as social media marketing
