Key Responsibilities:

Strategy Development:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with BullionStar’s business objectives.
• Plan and coordinate marketing campaigns across various digital platforms including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
• Monitor and analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer behaviour to adjust strategies accordingly.

Campaign Management and Inlinking Strategy:

• Plan and executive effective SEO/SEM strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic.
• Conduct detailed keyword research to identify high-traffic, relevant keywords.
• Perform on-page SEO optimization including meta tags, headers, image alt text, and internal linking.
• Develop and manage link-building campaigns to improve domain authority and search engine rankings.
• Monitor and analyze site performance using SEO tools and analytics to identify and address issues.

Social Media Management:

• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.

• Schedule and publish social media posts, ensuring consistent messaging and branding across platforms.

Content Marketing:

• Oversee content creation and distribution across digital channels to attract, engage, and convert target audiences.
• Develop a content calendar and ensure timely delivery of high-quality content including blog posts, articles, videos, and infographics.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external content creators to produce compelling content aligned with brand guidelines and SEO best practices.
• Use analytics to measure content performance and optimize strategies based on insights.

Analytics and Reporting:

• Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Moz, SEMrush, and social media analytics.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

• Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with web analytics and reporting tools.

Salary and Benefits

The salary is dependent on your capability, experience and skills. The typical starting salary is SGD 7,000 to SGD 18,000 per month for a driven candidate plus up to twelve month's bonus salary, or more, with a minimum bonus salary of one month.
