1. Ensure that the diving equipment is adequate and in good operating condition.
   • Review all diver and tender Personal Dive Equipment (PDE) upon arrival at the worksite. Under no circumstances will any PDE be used for diving operations if the inspection and maintenance records are not established to be correct.
   • Ensure, prior to commencing a diving operation,that additional parties directly involved in the diving operation,masters of vessels, harbour masters, managers of civil engineering sites, inland waterways, and all persons responsible for anything that affects the diving operation are advised that diving operations are to be undertaken.
   • Ensure that the operations are conducted from a suitable location.
   • Develop and/or implement emergency/contingency procedures.
   • Ensure a two‐way communication system is available at the dive location to obtain emergency assistance.

5. Ensure the detailed briefing of the diving team and support personnel including:
   1. Tasks to be undertaken
   2. Unusual hazards or environmental conditions
6. Maintain a depth, bottom time, and breathing mix profile (surface dive sheet) at the dive location for each diver during the dive.
7. Ensure that each diver is continuously tended while in the water and decompression chamber.
8. Ensure that when diving in the mud or sand (on bottom) the diver’s pneumo hose is not allowed to fill with mud or sand.
9. Ensure the dive is terminated when:
   1. The diver requests termination
   2. The diver fails to respond to communication or communication is lost between the diver and dive team members at the dive location
   3. The diver begins to use his diver‐carried reserve breathing gas supply
   4. Weather or site conditions are degrading to the extent that diver safety may be compromised.
10. Ensure after every dive:

The physical condition and wellbeing of the diver is checked by visual observation and verbal questioning.

1. The diver is instructed to report any physical problems or symptoms of decompression sickness or arterial gas embolism.
2. The diver is advised of the location of the nearest operating decompression chamber.
3. Notify the Company Top Management as soon as possible after the occurrence of any incident including diving incidents, any sign or symptom of decompression illness, AGE, omitted decompression or any deviation from the scheduled decompression, however minor.
4. Maintain and submit reports required by the company and relevant governmental regulations concerning diving operations and equipment maintenance, testing or repair.
5. View and ensure accuracy of the diver personal logbook and affix signature to properly record activities.

• Prepares annual Marine sales budget and monthly forecast
• Sets yearly individual sales targets and plans strategies toward achieving the target.
• Monitors Marine customer’s accounts receivables and resolves more serious payment issues and coordinates for necessary corrective actions with Financial Controllers as necessary and as when the situation demands.
• Ensures that the Marine department has the right sales and marketing tools needed to help achieve budget
• Provides customers with products and services to ensure complete customer satisfaction (Quality Service).
• Maintains close cooperation and communication with all departments in the implementation of market strategies (including pricing policies).
• Monitors and reports the competitor’s activities.
• Achieves overall sales and collection targets.
• Interacts with Group Segment teams to provide relevant information and support sought for from a local level.
• Actively use and encourage teams to use & update CRM Tools and IQS for Sales (i.e. Regular updating of Leads,
• Opportunities, Accounts, Tasks/Activities.
• Shall adhere to company policy, including procedures related to QMS and EMS.

Required education, experience and job-related skills:

• University degree in Business Administration or any other related field preferably Technical (Chemistry) degree.
• MBA or specific studies of Business Administration would be valuable.
• 8 or more years of experience in similar tasks or as Manager in a Sales department.
• Knowledge of the paint sector would be valuable.
• Quality oriented with proven experience of working to quality standards.
• Organised and capable of meeting deadlines.
• Flexible and adaptable attitude.
• Ability to work as part of a team as well as individually.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Experience managing a high performance Sales Team.
• Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel and Dynamic AX, Clickview and CRM Applications).
