• Participation in the investigation of product complaints (if applicable).
• Monitors the progress of stability study for R&D samples.
• Establishment of technical information e.g. specifications of raw material, packaging materials, finished products.

• To ensure that company is always updated with the latest guideline required.
• Review and make recommendation for improvement in area of manufacturing processes, safety, environment, sanitation and hygiene.

• To ensure the qualification and maintenance of his department, premises and equipment.

Requirement

• Bachelor Degree/Master in Pharmacy/Pharmaceutical Sciences
• Minimum 2 - 5 years’ experience in pharmaceutical industry
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in drug development and formulation as well as manufacturing process/technologies

• Responsible for leading and managing a large-scale grant-funded programme across various IHL/RI* collaborators and industry partnerships (*Institute of Higher Learning / Research Institute)
• Programme manager will be leading the programme proposal to secure funding and coordinate cross-project activities to accomplish strategic objectives by overseeing multiple project activities across various research institutes
• Organise and lead programme reviews with/across funding agencies, strategic oversight committee and senior management
• Build confidence within internal management and external stakeholders with regular programme reporting and establishing clear communication channels
• Manage a small team of project managers to ensure successful delivery of projects scope and targets via managing project risks, quality, delivery, scope, schedule, and budget.
• Oversight of the full life cycle of R&D projects and its product delivery – planning, organizing, executing and evaluating from conception to completion.
• Manage and implement project/programme changes and interventions to achieve project deliverables and mitigate risk.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor or Masters in any engineering / project management related discipline
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in product development or research project would be preferable
• PMP certifications or equivalent will be advantageous
• Good level of understanding of technical/engineering processes in order to work effectively with project managers and teams throughout the project development cycle.
• Strong business acumen, driven to deliver customer requirements and project deadlines

We are looking for a dynamic individual with a passion for badminton and event management, to join our new team, to oversee the seamless operation of events, from conception to completion. The Events Executive will work closely with internal teams, players, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality, memorable experiences for participants and audiences alike.

Key Responsibilities:

Event Planning & Coordination:

• Assist in the conceptualization and planning of events and tournaments.
• Coordinate logistics such as scheduling, venue preparation, and resource allocation.
• Liaise with clients, teams, and external partners to understand event requirements and expectations.
• Develop event timelines and ensure all stakeholders are aligned.
• Ensure all event activities adhere to timelines, objectives, and safety standards.

Vendor & Stakeholder Management:

• Liaise with external vendors, contractors, and suppliers for event materials, equipment, catering, and other requirements.
• Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including sponsors, participants, team members, and the public.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors and manage payments within the event budget.
• Ensure compliance with event contracts and agreements
  

On-Site Event Management:

• Supervise event setup, including equipment, signage, and participant coordination.
• Manage on-site operations, ensuring that event logistics run smoothly and address any issues that arise in real-time.
• Coordinate with security, hospitality, and customer service teams to ensure the event is safe, enjoyable, and runs smoothly.
• Oversee the event staff and volunteers to ensure a positive experience for all attendees

Marketing & Promotion Support:

• Support the marketing team in promoting events through digital and traditional channels.
• Assist in creating promotional content (posters, social media posts, etc.) to drive registration, attendance and engagement.
• Assist with participant registration, event branding, and media coverage.
  

Customer Service & Stakeholder Engagement:

• Serve as the main point of contact for event participants, attendees, and staff.
• Ensure a positive experience for all involved by responding to inquiries, resolving complaints, and offering solutions when necessary.
• Collect feedback from participants and stakeholders post-event to help improve future events.
  

Reporting & Administrative Support:

• Maintain event documentation, including contracts, schedules, and budgets.
• Prepare post-event reports, including analysis of success metrics, participant feedback, and financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, permits, and other legal requirements.
