• Responsible to the project stakeholders for accomplishing the project objectives within the
  constraints such as project scope, time, cost and quality of the project.
• To study tender / construction drawings, specifications and contracts to understand project
  requirements.

We are seeking an experienced and meticulous Finance Manager to join our Singapore team in the precious metals recycling industry. This role oversees and manage all financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting, and maintaining compliance with industry regulations and accounting standards.

Provide effective financial management for:

• Daily finance operations (AP/AR/GL)
• BRM Financials management reports
• Financial closing
• Financial audit

Generate Inventory Report

• BRM Inventory (familiarise inventory reports and improve the flow of reconciliation between Deskera vs Excel)

Review and Approve Financial Submissions

• Company GST / Audit / Taxation / Annual Surveys

Manage Cash Flow

• Company Payments (payment request to trade creditors to be reviewed and released in short time frame)

Compilation of Trader Profit & Loss

• Record tracking & reporting from the various trading platforms.

Educational & Professional Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance & accounting or equivalent professional qualifications

Relevant Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial reporting (experience within precious metals / commodity trading is a plus)
• Competency in preparation of management accounts (ERP & Excel)
• Knowledge in currency hedging

• Overseeing daily operations
• Maintain close relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Plan and hire field specialists to ensure operations are well managed at all times.
• Oversee the maintenance
• Lead and coach a team of Operations Specialists and creating various training activities to ensure their growth.
• Monitor, report and provide instructions
• Oversee the establishment of SOPs in each fulfillment process.
• Management of all warehouse-related activities (inbound, outbound, and storage).
• Manage key customer's expectations with the agreed KPIs.

§ This role is responsible for the overall performance in terms of safety, quality, delivery, cost, inventory and people for Soss Asia while simultaneously managing the AME team in China that is responsible for supporting the LCL project and other AME projects with vendors in China. The position will lead all departments within the Soss facility to achieve Company’s business goals and financial targets and be responsible for continuing to integrate the facility into Allegion’s business and operations. Develop collaborative relationships with third party suppliers, internal customers and external customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty to the Company’s products and services. Exemplify the Company’s code of conduct and values.

§ The AME role is aimed at supporting the development of manufacturing processes and equipment through equipment suppliers in China and Asia to support the development of tubular locks and production process in Queretaro and other industrial engineering projects in Allegion International.
