• Client Servicing: Provide day-to-day consultancy and end-to-end management of campaigns to support client objectives. Serve as the primary contact for clients to ensure results and satisfaction.
• Public Relations Strategy: Lead the conceptualization, planning, budgeting, and execution of communication campaigns.
• Public Relations Execution: Oversee or lead the development of client materials, including press releases, media pitches, briefing documents, and report templates.
• Media Pitching: Develop and lead strategies to secure media coverage, feature stories, and thought leadership pieces.
• Social Media: Devise and implement strategies to ensure successful social media campaigns by securing suitable influencers and collaborators, along with content plans that drive visibility for clients’ campaigns and messages.
• Media Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with media and influencers, including those in target markets.
• New Business: Actively participate in new business proposals and pitches.
• Event Management: Collaborate with internal teams to propose public relations events and engagements; provide on-site hosting when necessary.
• Media Reporting: Conduct active monitoring to track, compile, and analyze media coverage, providing regular updates to clients.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of public relations or integrated communications experience in an agency, with a proven track record in securing new business and managing accounts.
• Ability to manage budgets independently.
• Strong organizational, project management, and leadership skills.
• Experience managing one or more account executives or interns.
• Solution-oriented mindset, open to embracing new ideas and methodologies.
• Strategic thinker with attention to detail.
• Willingness to embrace the start-up culture and be hands-on to grow with the agency.
