1. The role of Coordination Engineer shall encompass collaboration and chair meeting with all stakeholders

Job Description

• Product Manager is responsible on the performance for a product / suite of products across Singapore.
• Product Manager is an interesting position that will requires the trade-off of creativity vs logical thinking, technology vs market understanding.
• Responsible for reporting to management and vendors on the various KPI achievements and projections on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly perspective.
• He / She will be required to consolidate data of regional countries as well.
• He / She will need to work with Channel Account Manager and Technical Consultants creating partner / marketing programs and follow through to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery and post-sales support.
• Prepare sales forecasts and regular reports on sales performance, market conditions, and product trends.
• Provide feedback to management on market demands and suggest potential product improvements or new offerings.

Qualifications:

• At least Diploma in Engineering, Business, Marketing or a related field (a technical degree is often preferred).
• 5+ years of sales experience in the semiconductor industry, preferably in semiconductor manufacturing equipment, test sockets, or related products.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong technical understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Negotiation and contract management expertise.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex technical information.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and sales analytics software.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed (up to 50%).
