[What you will be working on]

As the Assistant Manager of CDD, you will be responsible for the following:

• Develop capabilities of environmental services companies and relevant trade associations

Job Description

• Responsible for the management of our overseas assets including monitoring, reporting and liaising with asset managers and local consultants to ensure that performance is in accordance with budget
• Recommend strategies to improve portfolio returns including asset enhancement, acquisition, investment and divestment through feasibility studies and formulation of strategy to maximise yield, enhance growth and achieve profit objectives
• Conduct research, monitor market trends, prepare regular market and transaction updates as well as benchmarking reports to support asset management and investment decisions relating to our asset portfolio
• Involve in valuation exercises and evaluation of investment opportunities, due diligence review, acquisitions underwriting, deal modelling and structuring, financing and negotiation of deal terms
• Conduct research, monitor market trends, prepare regular market and transaction updates as well as benchmarking reports to support asset management and investment decisions relating to our asset portfolio
• Involve in valuation exercises and evaluation of investment opportunities, due diligence review, acquisitions underwriting, deal modelling and structuring, financing and negotiation of deal terms
• Establish and maintain good working relationships with consultants, brokers, banks, investment managers and partners in markets of interest

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Real Estate from a reputable university with at least 5 years of experience with a property developer, real estate investment house or investment funds
• Outstanding analytical, quantitative skills with proven proficiency in financial analysis and modelling is essential
• Strong business and financial acumen with track records in asset management
• Experienced in entire investment transaction and asset management processes
• Highly resourceful with excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills

The hiring company is a fintech startup in the space of capital markets. It leverages research in market micro structure to improve the liquidity and visibility of small companies listed in exchanges.

The Capital Markets Sales Manager will be responsible for leading sales, market analysis, and network development while ensuring team building.

Main responsibilities :

• Sales Leadership:

- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and market penetration in the sector.

- Cultivate and expand relationships with key stakeholders, including listed companies, financial institutions, and other relevant entities.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales trading, corporate banking sales, or a related field within the capital markets sector with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

• Deep knowledge of capital markets, trading, and regulatory frameworks, with a focus on Singapore and Hong Kong markets. Ideally with a master's degree in Business or Finance.

• Established network in the capital markets community in Singapore and Hong Kong.
