You will manage the design delivery, submissions, risk management, planning and progress monitoring whilst also ensuring the client objectives are understood and met. You will also be responsible for the management and control of all design management tools used on the projects such as programmes, schedules and trackers of client requirements and comments, multidisciplinary design meeting trackers, outstanding actions trackers, deliverable schedules, project filing systems and protocols, change control tools etc.

With the supervision and assistance of the project Associate Director or Project Director, you will control the project team to meet the agreed targets and commercial objectives.

The requirements

Educated to degree level in Engineering or equivalent and having gained significant experience within a fast-paced and complex consultancy environment, you will have developed a strong understanding of the technical aspects of design and construction matters, systems and processes

In your most recent position, you have consistently demonstrated your ability to manage multiple large-scale projects to deliver to, and exceed, client expectations.

You will have experience working with an international team and coordinating design development process remotely as well as experience of leading / managing the design activities.

Possessing excellent organisational, planning and time management skills in order to manage projects simultaneously without compromising on standards and quality,you will have a proactive approach when it comes managing your own workload and that of others in your team.Major projects /Data Centre experience will be highly regarded.

Job Scope

The incumbent will be responsible to support the CEO in driving strategic planning for transformational initiatives: people transformation, health academy transformation, care model transformation, and innovation transformation. The roles include, strategic planning, facilitating discussions, setting goals and objectives, change management and ensuring successful implementation of these transformational initiatives across the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the logistics for the meetings (including scheduling, collation of meeting agenda, dissemination of materials accurately on a timely basis, facilitation of meetings).
• Collaborate with the CEO and senior leadership to develop and refine strategic plans for the four key transformations.
• Conduct research and analysis to identify best practices and innovative approaches in each transformation area, where necessary.
• Work with workgroup leads to establish and oversee cross-functional workgroups for each transformation area.
• Work with workgroups and ensure the setting of SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound) goals and objectives for the transformation initiatives.
• Define clear roles, responsibilities, and expectations for workgroup members.
• Facilitate productive discussions and decision-making processes within workgroups.
• Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies/roadmaps and action plans for transformation initiative.
• Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progress and success.
• Ensure targets are reasonable, achievable, and aligned with overall organizational objectives.
• Coordinate and oversee for the smooth implementation of transformation initiatives.
• Regularly report on progress, challenges, and successes to reporting officer.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges to implementation.
• Conduct focus group discussions and engagement sessions to gather feedback and insights from employees at all levels by phrases.
• Analyze feedback and develop action plans to address concerns and improve implementation.
• Track and ensure closure of open matters and action items identified during engagement sessions.
• Organize and lead campaigns to improve organizational culture and drive adoption of new initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.
• Communicate transformation goals, progress, and impact to various audiences effectively.
• Collaborate with internal communications teams to develop and disseminate transformation-related messages.
• Regularly assess the effectiveness of transformation initiatives and recommend improvements.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in organizational transformation.
• Identify opportunities for innovation and process improvement within the transformation initiatives, if any.
• Perform other assigned task by reporting officer.

Requirements

• Degree from a recognised instituion, MBA/MHA will be advantageous
• Min. 2 years of administrative experience, working in large organizations, particularly in secretariat and project coordination works
• Experience in project management/ healthcare-related industry preferred
