Job Requirement:

1. Degree in Business Management / Accounting and with minimum 8 years of Finance & HR/GA experience is a must.
2. At least 3 years of managerial experience in business management roles in global companies.
3. Well-versed in Business Japanese Language to liaise with counterpart in abroad and reporting to Headquarter office in Japan.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Skill (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
5. Strong Presentation Skills.

Responsibilities:

• Work as a team leader. Overall control the entire Design Department.
• Preparing Shop drawings, tender drawing, fabrication drawings, cutting list etc. 3D drawings. Monitor and control the progress and quality of drawings provided by the whole team.
• Attend meetings related to tender, design discussion, design optimization, critical design resolutions.
• Liaise with Client, Main Contractor, Architect and Consultants for design & technical issues.
• Oversee fabrication work and overall project coordination. Provide technical support and guidance to the project team on site.

Requirements:

• At least 6 year experience in Alum and Glazing Design design works.
