Role Overview: We are seeking the Sales and Marketing Manager who will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with corporate clients and strategic partners, as well as leveraging B2C connections to drive community engagement, sales and event participation. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth through customized gift products, special collaborations, and event sponsorships. This role will also assist in business development and sales opportunities in driving growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, exceptional networking skills, and a passion for beauty and luxury products.

Key responsibilities :

• Develop and manage relationships with corporate clients in a different industry

Key Requirements:

Responsibilities -

• Partnership and Sponsorship Management:

1. Identify, qualify, and manage leads.
2. Maintain strong relationships with potential clients, industry partners, and stakeholders.

• Market Research & Insight Development:

• Client Relationship Management:

• Corporate Communications:

Principal Accountabilities:-

1. Lead and in-charge the Special Projects such as:-

a. To enhance the service quality of the Japanese Business;

b. To establish customer benefit services with vendors;

2. Report in Japanese regularly to our Head Office in Tokyo.

3. Underwrites and specialize in Marine Hull and other general insurance classes.

4. Provide customer service in Japanese to Japanese clients on their inquiries, requests, complaints and claims matters.

5. Provide Japanese language support to staff in other departments, where appropriate.

6. Provide administrative support.

7. Plan and organize visitations to clients (new business/renewal/claims happenings).
