Be an effective Technology Business Partner. working closely with business users to understand business needs and implement solutions.
Hands on experience in configuring Success Factor modules (Employee Central, Payroll, PMGM, Time Management, LMS, etc) this includes configuration of Holiday calendars, Work Schedules, Substitutions, Absences for different categories of employees and policies for different locations.
Ensure HR applications are compliant with internal business controls, statutory regulations & rules, information security and audit requirements.
Effective in analysing and implementing SuccessFactors integration projects; defining iFlows, local & exception sub-process, value mapping artifacts.
Analyse from a holistic perspective business needs, mutual interdependencies, risk and benefits to propose the best solution.
Motivate, lead and guide team to HR best practices
Support the delivery of initiatives primarily on technology capabilities for Human Capital/Resource.
Assist in planning, managing and implementation of projects/tracks.
Coordinate and manage internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects and timely resolution of issues.
Assist in the definition of project scope, requirements and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility. Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
Test all system areas during implementation, upgrade and/or other configuration change.
Solution and monitor on HR systems integration(s) with other systems (including but not limited to Time management system, SAP S/4HANA system, Concur system), and any integrations to 3rd party vendor solutions.
Work cross-functionally to solve problems and implement changes.
Skills and Experience:
Experience in handling SuccessFactors systems (including Employee Central, Data Integration, and Data Cleansing) and Concur is highly preferred.
Experience in developing interfaces between SuccessFactors and 3rd party systems. Has worked on creation of integrations using SuccessFactors Cloud Platform Integration (CPI)
Experienced in IT project management, developing, analysing and implementing technology solutions.
5 -8 years of experience supporting HR systems and team leader of small team to implement HR initiatives.
Excellent knowledge in HR domain, with experience implementing and supporting HR applications.
Strong communication and validation skills. Able to iterate through the requirements in phases, ensuring alignment with business sponsor, stakeholders, and management.
