Job Purpose:

HR Manager will be responsible for the ownership of HR functions to be aligned with the business strategies of the organization as a group wide.

Core Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with senior leadership to understand the organizations goals and strategy
• Administer or oversee the administration of human resource programs including, but not limited to, compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.

• Coordinate, support and take part in the HR policies and process alignment
• Responsible for Budget and Expense Control of Hub HR
• Maintain HR Records both electronically and hard copy as necessary
• Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law; applies this knowledge to communicate changes in policy, practice, and resources to upper management.
• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
• Any ad-hoc assigned according to the business requirement

Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field. A Master's Degree or relevant certification would be advantageous.
• Demonstrated understanding and hands-on practice of MOM (Ministry of Manpower) rules and regulations.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR Generalist or Business Partnering, with a focus on managerial roles.
• Strong communication skills to advise and consult across all levels of the organization.

Area Managers are assumed to be skilled in managing diverse operations of 4-6 outlets. They have to build positive business relationship with the Outlet Manager and Team and be responsible for the overall success of the outlets by leading a team of outlet managers towards effective collaboration and attainment of goals aligned to the company strategic plans.

Duties and Responsibilities shall include but not limited to:

Management

• Provides production direction to Team Member in a clear, concise and positive way and coaches others to lead operations
• Ensures Team Member delivers quality service and food in accordance to Stuff’d guidelines
• Act as a point of contact between HQ Corporate office and assigned outlets
• Provide information from HQ to Outlet Managers and Team through various ways of communication
• Coach and mentor all level of Team Members in your assigned outlets
• Review all assigned outlets’ Daily Business Reports on a daily and weekly basis, and identify problems and suggest improvement measures
• Ensure stores perform daily sales deposit, shift control, inventory ordering, petty cash reimbursement and other tasks in accordance to standards; timely and consistently
• Review and ensure outlets’ Month-end administration and submission is timely and accurately

Outlet Operational Leadership

• Leads operations by directing efficient and accurate preparation of products for prompt customer delivery within the established speed of service guidelines
• Evaluate existing business procedures and recommend improvements
• Ensure Outlet Manager leads to execute all sales promotions effectively and efficiently
• Coordinate and arrange on-going maintenance with HQ Corporate office to ensure business continuity
• Review customers feedbacks and incident reports, and ensure actions are taken and execute AAR for improvement

Food Safety Compliance

• Ensure scheduled food audit are carried out timely and accurately
• Enforce the compliance of standard operating procedures
• Ensure outlets’ food and ingredients products, use and sell according to First-In-First-Out and First-Expire-First-Out guidelines
• Ensure all SFA guidelines are adhered in your assigned outlets

Workplace Safety Compliance

• Ensure safe work procedures and safety rules are communicated and followed at all levels of the team
• Understand and identify hazards and implement effective risk control measures

Manpower

• Review outlets’ weekly schedule to ensure staffing levels based on business needs and coverage for Outlet Manager(s) during operating hours
• Manage manpower cost in your assigned outlets
• Ensure accuracy in monthly time sheet submission in a timely manner
• Resolve employees’ concerns and conflicts when required
• Manage and maintain team’s hiring and attrition rate
• Identify talent within your team for succession planning
• Sets challenging goals for self and team member, provides timely performance feedback and ensures accountability for each direct managers and staff
• Know, enforce, educate and consult with all staff on all appropriate HR policies, security and safety procedures

Job Responsibilities:

· To be responsible for All deliverables required in the Agreement with Client & Ensure all contract obligation compliance.

· Assistant site manager oversees the Admin works inclusive of HR & Support team.

· To be the leader for all the Site Audit conducted by client or ISS internal and ensure all compliance.

· Ensure able to meet or exceed the Forecasted and Budgeted Contract Base Claim contribution & Above-Base (AB) monthly across each month.

· 100% meet Fault Response time & KPI on the monthly basis (Response time, Interim Fix & Permanent Fix) stated in the FM contract.

· To plan and monitor execution of all fix-it and Programmed Maintenance (PM) works within the framework of the allocated resources. Ensure No Delay completion of all PM works and carried out PM according to prescribed checklist and schedule.

· Constantly engaging with the client and end users to seek feedback, gaps and improvement opportunities through survey and dialogue.

· To organize the team to align with the overall client’s expectations and contractual requirements and support the operations of the hospital, especially in the front and engineering and customer supports.

· Ensure Smooth site operation & provide cover duty for the absence of management staff. Attendance to the urgent site breakdown and provide support to the site team for the rectification works.

· Ensure and oversee the completion within 1 month of Fault Identified during walkabout. No delay in compilation and preparation of week/monthly/ad hoc reports.

· Provide technical and administrative support to ground operational team.

· Identify and propose grooming, training guidance to potential staff.

· Work with HR in handling staff Grievances, Discipline and Termination.

· Analysis staff training needs and arrange resources for staff competency training.

· Identify competency gaps in the team members and train all staffs.

· Team staff retention, maximum 1 staff turnover per year for the whole team.

· To oversee and drive in-house training for the respective trades. Ensure training to be conducted for all trades and to each of the staff.

· Work with Project Engineer and targeted to achieve contribute the budgeted project revenue on monthly/annual basis.

· Be part of the team to management energy savings and initiatives.

· Identify engineering issues and troubleshooting to respond to end users request. Resolving and mitigating potential engineering problems and potential cause to system breakdown.

· To be the safety leader ensure Zero Incident across the various sites.

· Ensure Zero Safety incident/Near-Miss to the whole site Team.

· Undertake any duties/projects etc. as assigned by the Account/Site Manager.

Job Requirements:

• At least a Bachelor's degree in Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering from an recognised Institute.
• At least 5-10 years of related working experience and minimum 3 years at managerial level.
• Proven experience in Facility Management in a large facility.
• Strong building and M&E knowledge with hands-on experiences.
