We are seeking a creative and strategic Digital Marketing Specialist with a strong focus on content creation to join our team. This role is perfect for a dynamic individual who can craft engaging, brand-aligned content across multiple digital channels, including social media, blogs, email, and paid media. The Digital Marketing Specialist will work closely with the marketing team to produce content that drives engagement, builds brand awareness, and supports lead generation. This role requires a mix of creativity, analytical thinking, and strong communication skills to deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Strategy & Creation: Develop, write, and edit high-quality content that aligns with the brand’s voice and resonates with the target audience. This includes social media posts, blog articles, email newsletters, website copy, and ad copy.
• Social Media Management: Plan, schedule, and publish content on social platforms, monitor engagement, and adjust strategy to enhance reach and engagement.
• Content Calendar Management: Maintain a content calendar that aligns with marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional events.
• SEO Optimization: Conduct keyword research and optimize content for SEO to improve organic search visibility.
• Campaign Support: Assist in the creation and execution of content-driven digital marketing campaigns, coordinating with the design and marketing teams for cohesive storytelling.
• Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on content performance metrics, including engagement, reach, and conversions, using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights.
• Audience Engagement: Actively engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster community growth through authentic interactions.

Requirements:

• Proven Interest/Portfolio: Demonstrated success in creating engaging digital content; samples or portfolio required.
• Social Media Savvy: Proficiency in managing major social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter) and content planning tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
• SEO Knowledge: Understanding of on-page SEO, keyword research, and content optimization.
• Analytical Skills: Proficiency in using analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights) to evaluate and optimize content performance.
• Project Management: Strong organizational skills with experience in managing content calendars and meeting deadlines.
• Creative Eye: Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva or Adobe Creative Suite) for creating simple visuals to complement content.
